Ingredients:

Quinoa

Whole wheat pasta

Green beans

Broccoli

Tomato sauce

Red, green, yellow peppers

Black pepper

Lemon pepper

Coconut oil

Basil

Directions:

1. Cook quinoa, pasta, and broccoli together. Boil with lemon pepper and black pepper

2. SautΓ© the red, green, yellow peppers with coconut oil, until it’s crisp

3. Drain the pasta, quinoa, and broccoli

4. Add the tomato sauce and sautΓ©ed peppers

5. Mix everything together & enjoy!
